I can't make stuff like this because I will eat the whole batch. It's the same reason you will not see protein bars in my house. Or white cake. Actually I do have a couple of cupcakes I brought home for hubby and I swear they are starting to talk to me. I am eating yogurt with blueberries and telling them to shut up! Yesterday, I ate three of them at the ice cream social I went to. That is enough for a few days!!

I have some unflavored protein powder used for baking. The next batch I may try mixing some of that in.

The site didn't have nutritional information, I just plugged in the recipie to MFP.
