Anyone eating paleo/primal?

Just curious if anyone else is eating paleo/primal since they've been sleeved? We were making a concerted effort to cut out all the processed stuff we could prior to my sleeve, and hope to continue following a primal plan as closely as we can.

I'm doing Paleo- I love it, I have no problem finding recipes that taste great and that I can get in my protein. I feel so much better now that I have eliminated all the garbage from my daily diet!

I'm doing it. I'm pre-op, but hoping to get healthier and used to eating this way before surgery. I've been on it for a few months and I really feel so much better. More energy. Even my kids are liking it!

I'm only Day 3 Post-Op, but I have ordered two Paleo cookbooks to focus on once I start eating solids. I'll continue eating the protein, how with help in the preparation and savory area, and with low starch veggies. I found many good offering on Amazon.

I get a ton of recipes from Facebook- if you search for Paleo you can find tons of pages that post almost daily recipes.

I'm looking forward to doing more Paleo recipes once I am cleared to eat regular foods again! I've been getting some good recipes on Pinterest. :)
