Feeling jipped

In a few days I will have my 1 year surgiversary and feel like I never had surgery. I'm disappointed and feel like I didn't accomplish anything. I was 224 when I started this journey and down to 188. I teeter between 185-188. The sale or measuring tape won't move! I feel disgusted and try to keep working it but still have no results. Feeling so blah lately and quite frankly like I was cheated and disappointed I went though so much for so little.

Don't get it in your head that you have to eat. If you aren't hungry, don't eat. You're trying to get to goal.

That doesn't mean starve yourself, but if you're not hungry, you don't have to snack.

But that is how I try to add in more Protein. If I don't eat I'll eat Breakfast and then dinner. I'll never get the needed protein in. That's my problem. :(

Oh, I thought you said you had to add extra snacking to get your Protein.

You need to eat either 3 meals or 4 smaller meals per day.
