any legal people out there

:help: I and currently looking to hire an attorney to help me get my health back I have stomach prolaspe and need to have band removed and stomach repaired for from the damage and insurance has denied anything to do with this due to the band being the cause. I don't beleive this is legal it can cause other health problems has any had to fight this with an attorney or any tips I sure could use the help that Lori:help:

where do you live? I might be able to help you find one, what state and area, i dont need to know ur specific location, that is quite private lol. However it is quite unlikely that you will win the case, especially if your insurance didnt pay for the surgery....It is hard to prove to be the surgeons fault and therefore the Insurance Company will see it as you got what you got. The Dr. and the Insurance company can mostly likely hire more high-powered expensive attorneys than you, and it is most likely a lost cause in reality. BTW im a Pre-Law student....Im learning I dont know too much since i deal in govt affairs more so than business practice, however this is the logical sequence.
