Hello Fellow Banders,

I will be having my surgery on January 15, 2007. I am a little nervous, but excited about doing this and joining all of you on your roads of success. All support is needed. What is anyones elses first thoughts on the banding process.

First of all CONGRATS!!!!! I can not wait to get an actual date for surgery... You will find a lot of support on the January Bandsters thread in the generl lap band page........ Audree just got back from Mexico and so many others are posting as they get released.

Andre, my first thoughts? What a wonderful decision you've made. It's the start of a whole new life for you. Congratulations.

Andre- I am being banded on Jan 15th as well. Just think, 1 week from right now I will be in the middle of the surgery. It is sinking in and I am soooo nervous. I go for my pre-op clearance at the hospital this afternoon. My stomach is in knots and I don't know how I will make it through this week.

I am very excited with the idea of the weight lose I will begin on next Monday. Support is very important and I am happy to have gotten messages from you. Thanks
