Hey belinda, will be chilling by the pool on the 10th after we arrive..will look for you

I am going to be staying at the Marriott. Right now having mixed feelings about this procedure. I'm excited about the health benefits but honestly Wondering how my energy is going to be and what if complications arise. But regardless I'm going through with it.

Hi, I've met quite a few people who have had the sleeve here and are accompanying a friend r spouse for their surgery. By far the majority of patients I have met are nurses, followed by other health care professionals. I feel very good about my decision and also visited the hospital to see friends who were sleeved yesterday. They look great and all are glad they had it done. Good luck to you and I will visit u in TJ !

I missed you! I had mine on the 7th with Dr. Ortiz. How are you doing?

For those that used alighterme, how many nights did you stay at he Hotel? I am hearing one night but others say Two nights??

Hey there. Literally just landed back in Canada. You stay your first night before your operation and then 2 nights in hospital and then the next two nights in hotel again so 3 nights in a hotel total. Can't say enough good about A Lighter Me. Had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr. Ortiz, nurses, Janese my patient coordinator, Raul,Eduardo and Abraham the boys who are there for your every need. Make you feel so safe and comfortable!

Thank you for the reply, that makes me feel a little better, I was worried about being rushed home.. Congrats on starting your journey Trig73.

I am going through A Lighter Me and if you have the sleeve you stay in the hospital 2 nights and the hotel 2 nights. If you do the RNY you are in the hospital 3 nights, and the hotel 1 night.

Chaych, when do you have your surgery?

I'm having mine done Nov 13th with Dr Elias Ortiz. Janese is my coordinator. Like everyone else I'm excited and nervous. If anyone else is going to be there let me know!
