My doctor told me today to go back to a liquid diet for three days. She said that will jumpstart your body and you will lose weight immediately.

Sleeved June 21.

Starting weight of 235 ( I am 22 years old and 5'8)

On July 4,2013 I weighed 210.

However most of the month of July I was at a complete stand still.

Today, August 1, I weigh 203. The 7lb difference has all been lost in the last week.

I attribute my stall to not taking in enough Protein. And not drinking enough Water. Also, in the last week I have really pushed myself in the gym and trying to hit at least 6,000 steps.

( I highly recommend getting a zip fitbit monitor to track steps and distance and the aria fitbit wifi scale...this scale is great and it syncs with your iPhone to keep an organized record of your weight)

Just had a two week stall, ended it by adding calories from around 900 max p to about 1200... Not necessarily good-for-you foods either!!

June 18 for me, down 35 pounds. Can't do shakes or much lactose. Greek ought, lots of meats, Jerky, cottage cheese, lunch meats, some cheeses, Peanut Butter, Special K Protein Cereal.

I was sleeved on June 18, 2013, and there are some weeks where the scale doesn't move, but so far I've lost 70 pounds in 10 weeks. I recently switched my fitness routine from Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds to Hip Hop Abs.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
