Buying Ramen seasoning without the Ramen?

Never mind... I'll just find some boullion granules and 'spice them up' I guess.

You can make your own and eliminate the super high sodium and MSG that is in the store bought kind:

Boil some chicken, celery and small carrots and when done take out the celery and carrots put what ever spices you like and freeze the chicken for later and it will make a lot of broth which you can freeze. I had surgery 9 days ago and my Dr. Said as long as it is a liquid an sugar free you can have it. I have been eating chicken noodle soup puréed, creamy peanut butter it's a powder just add water and is very good. I had a piece of cantaloupe today with no problems. Just watch your protien levels and liquid intake. Good luck.
