Sorry! Poor form from me! I'm sure my scale will give me a reality check about eating such things in the morning. I have to say, when I got home and input all the crap I ate today into MFP. I didn't have enough cals to have dinner! (sadface) Anyway, I went over by about 150 cals, but some days are like that. New day tomorrow, and fast day on Monday. Have a nice sleep all.

I've started a new routine at the gym, focusing solely on muscle-buillding . That, plus a vigorous recommitment to ADR and I have decided to not weigh for 30 days! On the 18th I weighed in at 191.2 My ADR is 1650-1700 norms, 600 or less fasts, my exercise routine is 5 days a week, 30 minutes of max/near max weight lifting and body weight exercises with an arms day, back day, legs day, etc.

So, we shall see, wish me luck!

We all hate stalls! But you are still a success! Hang in there girl, it will come off in its own sweet time. You no doubt have lived through many stalls in the past, and broke through them. You will with this one too. 9 POUNDS!!! hurray!!!

Start Date: 7/16/2013

Loss as of: 8/1/2013

-5lbs!!!

Well, I guess it can be "official" I finally broke my stall and now since July 16, 2013 I have lost...

-10lbs

Woo hoo! I teetered on the the -9lbs thing for a loooooong time. So I'm hoping this sticks. I did see a smidge lower than that (-11) last Fri am after my 2nd day of fasting and then the weekend came and there was a dinner party and some lovely Tuaca to drink and that new low-low quickly vanished. But I'm going to call it official since today is my weigh-in day for the 5:2 way.

I've found that what happens with me is I lose to a new low, bounce up a couple lbs, and them stabilize at that low for a week or so. Then that cycle starts again.

Working on staying at low of 153 now. By the end of this week I should be stable unless I get too carried away on feast days.

Start 177

Low. 153 trying to "hold" this weight for a while.

Hoped to get to 150 go by Labor Day but don't think that will be happening unless I somehow "chunk lose". LOL

I'm hoping my shoes and clothes weigh a lot :P

It sucks because I wiegh in tomorrow with my bariatric surgeon and it will be fully clothed too. So yeah. When I weigh at home it's naked and I exhale :D

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?
