one thing though, did you check your conversations section to make sure it went through? Sometimes it doesn't send and will not be in your conversations. If it is there.. Well then she just isn't answering.

It is there. But when I first joined, I did not even know when I got a PM. I had some sitting there as well. Felt bad about that after.

Sorry. I am looking at a policy from Global. I am going to call them Monday. If I purchase the insurance it will be the lowest or next to the lowest. I have some questions for them.
