Thanks for sharing that recipe. My friend who lost over 100 pounds without the surgery posted that a year or so ago and I was looking for it. She said she ate those when she needed a little something sweet.

I made them the other day. They are delicious but very filling. The key to success is to make sure you whip the egg whites enough until very stiff!

I am 3 weeks post op and I struggle with them as they are a bit dry for me yet. I did have one with egg salad which was great. But tonight with turkey I got the foamies.
