  1. Had it for almost a month ?! Not uncommon when all you're taking in are liquids. Just keep yourself hydrated.
  2. Hubby says he's now married to a 50 year old man :-(. No boobs, no butt. I don't mind so much though. Padded bras help.
  3. I have Cigna. They were very quick to reject and approve. Submitted on a Monday and knew by Friday. The biggest thing with them was to make sure to meet all the requirements. If you can do that, you should be good to go!
  4. 30 lbs since surgery, 55 all together. I have dropped several sizes, but still see myself as "big". Comparison pics like this really help me to see how far I have come!
  5. For Cigna just make sure you have followed their wording and policy exactly and you should have no problems. They are quite picky on the wording.
  6. I was told not to start my supplements until. 2 weeks post op. You need time to heal. Please focus on your liquids and protein. Isopure zero ready to drinks help with both!
  7. I had my dr give me a rx that states I need the Protein drinks for a medical condition. I fly every week and have had no problems with my RTD protein! Sent from my iPad using VST
  8. Sleeved 6/25 HW: 235 SW: 212 CW: 181 Have had several plateaus and feel like it is coming off slowly, but it is coming off! Have lost a lot of inches! Sent from my iPad using VST
  9. I had diarrhea for about 2 weeks post op. dr assured me it was normal.
  10. Had mine in tucson on 6/25. Best thing I ever did.
  11. Sleeved June 25th. Seems like so long ago! Down 51 lbs total and about 30 since surgery. Feeling good, but struggle with eating and getting all my liquids in. No dehydration or other problems at this time :-). Congrats to everyone on their progress so far!
  12. I got the surgery date only after I was approved by my insurance.
  13. Very happy to see some fellow Tucsonans. I have been very happy with Dr Burpee and the office so far. The stay at Northwest was very good. No complaints. Sent from my iPad using VST
  14. I made this the other night. Delicious!
  15. I had to pay 10% up to $1500 out of pocket max which I hit fairly quickly.
  16. I drink all night long. Terrible dry mouth. Unfortunately this has become my sleep cycle. Wish I could sleep all night through.
  17. I made a delicious chicken breast that I coated with Greek yogurt and Parmesan cheese. Baked. I can send you the recipe if you're interested. Just pm me.
  18. I've made these. They are good but I made them too early on (I think in soft food stage). Key to success is to whip egg whites until very stiff. Takes awhile even with the mixer.
