rinse mouth with water with some lemon

That is a huge problem for me also. Especially, at night when I am sleepy. I would wake myself up and sometimes I felt like I was swallowing my tongue I was so dry. I started to use Biotene several times a day and it has helped.

I keep a water bottle on my night stand and take a few swigs during the night.

I keep a water bottle by night table too.My mouth gets so parched. Everytime I get up to use bathroom I take a few swigs. I finish the water first thing in the morning. Hydration is probably the most import aspect of my new life. Today I woke up wth a headache and i think it is due to travel yesterday and getting off track with my water intake. Not feeling a need to take medicine where in the past I would have loaded up with Ibuprofen. Trying to catch up today with fluids! As much as I hate having a headache I am really enjoying understanding my metabolism better ....I know now that I had little to no understanding of my old body and it's needs. It's never too late to learn :)

I started last night keeping water on my night stand and it helped but still wish there was a quick fix...

I drink all night long. Terrible dry mouth. Unfortunately this has become my sleep cycle. Wish I could sleep all night through.
