I really don't know y because I have always been just a been a every once in while smoker and drinker . So if it's gonna cause any discomfort I will stay away from both ... I'm not on any meds just going on my own now seems to be working ..

I have never smoked before ( occasionally ) but literally craving a cig . I don't know why but it's crazy .. Has anybody smoked after the surgery . I am two months out 71 lbs down , cant see what it will heart .. Also the same with a beer ! I want one but won't attempt because afraid of the side effects it will have on me .. I know I'm being a scardy cat !

I started last night keeping water on my night stand and it helped but still wish there was a quick fix...

Mine was July 18th .. Two day stay . Doing okay but still eating very little to nothing at all and drinking as much water as I can .. Cotton mouth has set in like crazy .. Down 40lbs

Dealing with cotton mouth like crazy now .. Any ideas ? 3 weeks post op
