  5. I had the same thing. 3 weeks out. I usually have really bad cramps. I first used a tylenol . That didn't work although no prob swallowing it. I then used half of a pain killer from my stiches. That really worked. I think it was an oxycodoine..!/2 did the trick for a day or 2 .Also , they had given me tramadol which also works on it.Good luck,
  6. I ATE A FEW THINGS I SHOULDNT HAVE. 3 FRIED CHICKEN WINGS, 1 COOKIE A DAY FOR A WEEK . A FEW POTATO CHIPS. A FEW FRENCH FRIES AND 3 PIECES OF SESAME CHICKEN ECT NOT PROUD BUT EVERDAY TRYING TO MAKE BETTER CHOICES.

  8. I am losing very slowly . I had my surgery 8/5 . lost 9 pds pre op and 16 after. so i'm down 25 pds . But, I still feel a lot better that being 25 pds heavier. I know I eat more than I should and sometimes the wrong things. I try to make better choices everyday.
  9. That's why i didn't tell anyone! That way nobody could tell anyone else and they wont be as jelous.
  10. Let us know how you are doing. Hope you are feeling better:)
  11. I was sleeved on 8/5 . I haven't lost too much and I know I have been eating too much and the wrong foods. I was going out to eat like before surgery . Not eating as much but would have egg drop soup 4 shrimp a bite of an egg roll ect. Another day 4 spare ribs and 3 waffle fries. Now I see iv only lost 21 pds and 4 weeks out. In my mind I was saying if I chew it really well it is considered mushy food. -Not - Starting tomorrow I will be back on track and had this for a reason. Not sure why I do this to myself. Tomorrow will be a better day.
  12. By day 5 I was drinking like before I had it done. hope that helps:)
  13. ALL I KNOW IS THAT I HAVE BEEN AT A STALL FOR A WEEK AND A HALF. I'M ONLY STARTING WEEK 3 . LOST 10 PDS PRE OP AN 7 A WEEK LATER. THE LAST 2 WEEKS NOTHING ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS? I HOPE I DIDNT DO THIS FOR 17 PDS.

  17. good luck !! Glad your feeling good!
  18. In the hosp did they give you any soup or tuna fish? They made us eat some before we are let out. Ist day out they said try tuna, egg sald scrambled eggs , ricotta cheese, avocado, anything you can mush. I mushed up with a fork , chicken gyro, soups from Panera with pieces of chicken that you chew and chew till is is mushed. The best thing I had second day out was 2 tablespoons of mashed potatoes tiny bit of gravy and some mushed chicken in it. went down smooth. peanut butter.. all of this is protein!! Good luck and try some you will feel better! As my doc says if you could mush it you could eat it!!
