So where is the womens powder room?? I dont know where to put my question. My question is for the ladies. I went to buy a bra today because mine just seem too big around. The bra specialist (lol) measured me at a 44F or 44G.... Before surgery I was a 52DDD I told her I had surgery so how can my cup size have gotten bigger. She said as I lose weight in my waist my bust size increases.... Anyone experience this problem? Dont get me wrong im happy my boobs havnt gotten smaller but it was a little weird to buy such a big bra

  11. Well I havnt been on this site for a few months. I thought Id thread in & share my journey so far. SW:365 DOS:345 CW:263 (just weighed myself) Omg Im so happy to have a 102 lb weight loss right on my 4 month anniversary! I recently had so much concern about the amount of food I could eat and the foods that I can eat. However, I know for sure what I am doing is working for my body. Ive had minor issues here n there but ive gottwn through them. The main thing people ask me is "Would you do it again?" My answer: "Yes I would do it over a million times. This surgery is so worth it for me!"
  12. Okay great.im glad to know im not the only one who can eat more foods.im right with u lisa.I can eat certain foods but I choose not to.once in awhilr a bite or two is ok.thank u everyone for ur helpful advice

I have done salads.meats.no beef unless its real soft.some pastas like a bit or 2.no sodas.a bite of something seeet here and there.anyone else here 4months or more feel that can eat quite a bit and a lot more options.it scarese to know I hav more options now.
  14. So im coming up on 3 months post op.seems like this past month I haven't lost much weight I've lost 12 pounds in a month. I don't know what I am doing wrong. I know I don't drink protein shakes. I tend to snack throughout the day. But I feel that if I'm not eating big portions like a used to you why am I not losing a significant amount of weight. Any information will help me

Im a bit scared with the amount and types of foods I can eat. My typical schedule 8am:3 oz oatmeal or greek yogurt 1030am: cheesestick Noon:4 oz Beans 6pm:4 oz beans or chicken or tuna I can drink liquids no problem all day I can usually eat up to 4oz no problem is this normal for almost 2 months out??? Foods I eat Tuna Canned chicken Beans cheese Yogurt Sandwich meat Soups Potatoes ( rarely)
  17. I eat beans everyday.pinto, navy, chili. O try different ones. I just wanted to know why am I NOT gassy. Im not complaining im just curious. Thanks a bunch
  18. I did this until I took a bite of hamburger meat and the oil wasnt drained out. I sucked down the oil and spit the meat out. Within mins I felt sick and started to hurt. I will never chew n spit again. What I do now when I want something I lick it. My thing is doritos. So every few days ill take a couple licks to a chip. Also i lick the cheese from mac n cheese. I dont see a problem with it
  19. For me if I make the meal I feel more at ease. If someone else makes it I feel the food and smell of food takes over me a d makes me want it. Versus when I take over and cook food has no control over me. Also I think we can smell the aroma of food when its prepared by someone else versus when wer standing right in it I dont smell it as much.
  20. Hy week 2 I had lost 39 lbs and sirgeon ssid that may have been the culprit that made me so malnourish and I wasnt able to get enuf fluids in.
  21. So im almost 1 month out.just got my picc line taken out. I was pproved to move on to soft fish (can this put cannes tuna??).soft veggies & runny eggs?.wants me to stay away from mashed potatoes (carbs). What stage would this be??what other foods fit into this stage?? And why am I so afraid to leglt go of my pureed soups and try something new?? Anyone else felt this way?
