So im coming up on 3 months post op.seems like this past month I haven't lost much weight I've lost 12 pounds in a month. I don't know what I am doing wrong. I know I don't drink protein shakes. I tend to snack throughout the day. But I feel that if I'm not eating big portions like a used to you why am I not losing a significant amount of weight. Any information will help me

So your problems are :

snacking, and not taking your Protein in.

If you take in all your protein and eat every few hours like they say you should you will not need to snack and you have to exercise. I am post of only 3 weeks but protein makes a huge difference or at least for me.

12 lbs a month? I'll take it!

Ditto that one! Give yourself a break! "Only 12?!" To keep it in perspective, minus the surgery, how long would it have taken you to lose that same 12?

Be kind to yourselves people! Jeepers, it's not a race!

Just so you know, that's TWICE what I lose in a month. It's all good.
