The famous question- Alcohol?
Here's my dilemma: I am my sister's Maid Of Honor and I planned her bachelorette party- which is a weekend away on the East end of Long Island's Wine country. I will be one month post op at the time of the trip. I would hate to go on a vine tour and not be able to at least SIP a tiny bit of wine at the tastings. Unless its harmful to me. Any advice?

Is this normal?
Hi! Yes, I went through the same thing... And I am still going through it. I am three weeks out and still in a stall. I was told that it is very normal in the beginning to stall early on as your body is still healing. It is more important to get in your protein at this point. I still struggle to get in enough water but My Nutritionist said to make sure to get in my protein above anything else... Then water. I'm currently only getting in 30-35 ounces of water, but I'm trying! Good luck!

And I didn't mean to spell discouraged wrong! Lol- Trying hard to not get discuraged
I'm 2 weeks post-op and I haven't lost in a week! I m getting all my protein in and hitting the gym 3xs a week. The only problem I'm having is consuming enough ounces of water per day. Am I doing something wrong? I'm so frustrated.- July sleevers!
I was sleeved on 7/26 Sw 285 Date of surgery 278 Cw 261 My loss is slow but steady. One more week of Stage 2 full liquids. Ughhh- Hitting a stall one week after sugery
Wow, you've all been so helpful! I'm glad I'm not the only one going through this or who has gone through this. Thanks for all the support! I will try not to check the scale everyday and get discouraged if nothing changes. I will continue to get all my protein and fluids in and hope for the best! Thanks so much, everyone! - Is this normal?
