Thanks I will start to take them tomorrow. I am doing good in drinking all my liquids and I am feeling much better too but I wasn't taking my Vitamins. Do u think its alright for me to smoke a cigarette? I have the urge of smoking one. Lol lol

Sleeved on the 10 th.

bummed out because weight is up, not down. But I have a lot of swelling in my legs for some reason.

Feeling better everyday, and looking forward to the weight loss to come.

Many blessings too all,

Michelle

I hope you start feeling much better soon ! I don't think you should smoke lol but I really don't know cause I'm not a smoker!!! Good luck :)

Hey!

VSG on 7/10/13

down by 19lbs so far

I just started feeling really full and belching a lot today, taking Vitamins, and having trouble getting down those Protein shakes gahhh lol :)

I was also sleeved on 7/15 :) I am a lower BMIer (BMI of 32) but have lost 7 pounds so far. I have not had any issues with nausea or pain. I did end up in the ER the day after being released due to dehydration. I was focusing more on my protein than staying hydrated:( So I have decided to stick mainly with clear liquids for a few more days. Hope everyone else is doing well!

I do have a lot of burping, a lot like when I had the lapband. Does anyone else burp a lot?

I was sleeved 7/11 and I'm down 15 lbs that's it :( i feel like I'm behind! I'm still having trouble drinking fluids I've had no protein since I can't get the protein drink down. I have really bad spasms and cramping in my stomach. I hope to feel better soon! This is supposed to be a happy journey and so far it sucks!
