Hey!!! I had my surgery on 7/15 date of surgery I was 253, and as of today I am 198, total loss 55 pounds. I just hit my 3 month mark about 2 weeks ago and like clockwork I am loosing hair. I have ALOT of hair and it's very thick so it's not noticeable to anyone but me but I'm noticing more hair in the front is coming out than in the back and I am definently seeing some bald spots. Also I've noticed my hair texture has changed? When I use to wash it, it would feel silky and soft and now it's coarse and tangley. What do u do when there is hair loss is it a good idea to cut your hair? My hair is long almost to my lower back. Would appreciate the input

Wondering if anyone else experiences this and if it's normal. Surgery was on 7/15 no complications have lost 52 so far but sometimes when I eat immediately after or while I'm eating I get really hot, I start sweating ALOT it's really weird and makes me uncomfortable. Input?

8 weeks out, what do you eat everyday?

For the last week I've been itching ALOT on my stomach and under my upper arms. My 3 incisions are basically healed and look really well! I'm not dehydrated and I just don't know what it is! And this morning I woke up and was itching and looked at my stomach and it has small tiny bumps where I've been itching?!? I don't know what to think

Yes it goes away but I have to tell you I still itch there and it feels soooooooo good to itch it lol

Hey everybody! I'd love to know your progress so far! I was sleeved on Monday 7/15, I weighed in that morning at 253 and I'm 5'3, today I'm 5 days post op and I'm down to 238!!

7/15 surgery date. Surgery date- 253 Today's - 213 Down 40 pounds! Can't wait to be under 200 as well !!!

I saw my dr today and he said if I'm not getting enough protein in that could stall me or not getting in enough calories I'm since I'm working out he told me to stay between 800-1200 that seems like so much

I was sleeved July 15 I've lost 32 pounds total but have been stalling for about two weeks! Annoying

I know this sounds crazy! But all of a sudden the last 2 days and today I'm itchy ok my skin!!!!! Anyone else had this? Like really itchy and feels so good to scratch! Never happened toe before. I'm a few days short of 30 days post op
