How many days were you on the pre-op diet? I was on mine for 1 days and I lost about 17 lbs. I was hoping to lose more, but I still thought it was a great jump start. I am 5 days out from surgery now and have only lost about 2 lbs from my surgery day weight. I did expect this though, because I know that with the trauma and the IV, typically they say you won't lose much the first week, but it will start coming off after that.

I've been on my pre-op diet for almost two weeks, and at last check I had only lost 6 lbs. I am surprised it hasn't been more (especially given how much I have to lose), but I'm not overly worried about it, since I expect it's going to take a long time to lose all the weight I need to (220+ lbs) so there's no rush.

It's almost been two weeks for me and I have only lost about 7.5 pounds. It really frustrating especially since they want me to lose 20-30 pounds before surgery :(
