Beversman...wow what a year.

I am happy for you and your new surgery date. You will have no choice but to be back on track in no time...lol. I am doing well. Have been at my goal for a couple years. I am up about 15 right now after dealing with surgery and a death in my family. I am back on track now and will get it off quickly.

I would love to hear from everyone too...here or Facebook or whatever. This might be more private. who knows.

Beversman, sorry to hear that you had a rough year. I had a rough '09 also. I had to be rebanded last January due to a slip and I just can't seem to get back to where I was. I have gained back almost 30lbs and feel HORRIBLE. The Dr. says that's pretty normal because the first go around you are extremely careful with everything you eat. The 2nd time, you already know how to bypass things and I have no virtually no restriction still. I have had 4 fills and am up to 10 on a 13cc band. I'm soooooooo frustrated with myself I can't even stand it. I wish you the best success on round two. I'll be thinking about you.

Hola Chicas

I see all the posting and I am crying .. I look back and know we all came together for one perpuse and that was our main goal to loose weight and we all cheered for each other we all became a giant family and throught the last years we all have gone other waise but in our memory and in our hearts we all are together . Some of us stop other got stuck but it doesnt mean we can rejunite and do this all over .

We are still waiting to be in oprah :) and I want to say that the first step is to start a Facebook or something and then a reunion finally .

I miss you all so much I was scared to be the only one that has not followed my main goal or that cheated but I know that this is a process and I am willing to do it again . I lost 75 pounds gained 15 but I cheat my bad alll the time .. and I need a fresh start I dont feel the same I feel like that person that

was about to have the surgery and weighted 254 pounds I need help I see mirror and dont see what i use to see I want to feel good again .

That why I am here I need my friends sorry if I put you apart but You were and are my family of the New me I wanted to be .

Please be in touch .

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
