Oh no ...lol I am talking about even the ones I can wear now..lol just got the urge to get rid of them .......

I did have a big desire but I held off. For the first 6 weeks or so, even though you are losing weight, you are still swollen and looser clothing was more comfortable. As the healing proceeded, it was SO much fun to put on something and one day it was just not wearable any longer. Those are the days you are dancing out of your closet! It really helped when I was in a stall, the scale may not have been moving but the inches were and it has carried my though.

Even last night, I have been in an awful stall for almost a month now but dang, another pair of jeans bit the dust! :-)

It was one of the last of shopping in my own closet experiences I will have. My huge clothing size range is gone. I'm in new territory now! :)

I guess im just over excited.. and just ready to start this journey. .lol. I just wondered if I was the only one who had this urge to purge...lol

I wish! It took me 7 months to get rid of all my clothes that were too big!

Im 7 months out and still wear some of my toooo big clothes lol. I know they dont fit, I just havent wrapped my head around the idea that this weight is gone forever lol. Plus I dont want to buy more clothes until I hit goal. Hopefully by then I will have saved enough to finally go on a shopping spree lol.

I will forsure be buying some buckle and miss me jeans, that why I am not buying myself clothes now lol. About 50 more pounds to go. I guess I need a belt to hold up these pants for now.

Yes, after surgery you will appreciate having a few stretchy pieces of clothing! But I'm with you, I love to purge the closet

I have enjoyed stepping down in sizes. I go buy the same pair of jean capris every 2-3 weeks in a smaller size (on sale!).

Now I need smaller shoes too!
