Plane after lower body lift and inner thigh lift

Just wondering if anyone has any info about how the flight after surgery will be? I will be having surgery on the 26 and flying home on the 5.

I will be having a lower body lift and inner thigh lift, so am wondering how you manage to sit when your really not supposed to sit. And to top it off it will be a 10-17hr flight home (with layovers and plane changes:(

I am assuming you're doing this in Mexico. Does the surgeon know how long your return trip is going to be? If they know that you're travelling - I would think that since you're staying for 10 days - that you would be OK to fly back. I would call the airline and see if you can't be met at your flight with a wheelchair to get to your next gate, and through security? I think you can fly home, I can't imagine you would be all that comfortable.
