Sorry honey I am in Brisbane but would love to give you as much support as I can on here :-) my sleeve is on the 12th of this month so I can give you as much info as I can post surgery

I know what you mean! Water is your best friend, drink every time you get a craving.... It's not easy but I guess we have no other option lol. I spent the first three days in bed, even now I try to just stay home a lot much easier that way. Are you having the shakes or have you tried the soup?

I have nearly the entire optifast range. The soups are delicious and do help with the carb cravings. Just not sure how im going to get through the next 4 weeks. I didn't have to start till tomorrow but started a week early. One week or day at a time

Absolutely! I like to make little goals, like getting more water or going to woollies with the kids and not sneaking in a chocolate!

I couldn't tolerate the chicken soup so have a box here if you would like it? I can send it down I tried one and almost gagged. Funny how people think that this is the easy option, if only they knew hey.

I actually really like the soups. Lol I would be happy to pay for them. I have read alot about people getting constipated on optifast but im having exact opposite. I have also refused to go back to shops. Cant handle the temptation

I know right! I went out today and walked past sushi train..... Urghhh bloody shakes really don't cut the mustard sometimes. On the plus side I think I drank all my water - I am sure now that the weightloss is from constantly walking to the toilet. It's funny opti fast has worked both ways on me, one day constipated the next loosey goosey. I'm not sure wether it's the days I eat veggies or not. Last few days I haven't felt like eating anything, there is only so many mushrooms you can eat before your head tells you that it's no substitute for meat lol. I will try finding you on Facebook but feel free to look me up Diana Coyte ( not to many of us with that name) talk soon

My aunty gave me an awesome tip. Put shake powder in blender with half water half ice cubed. Becomes like a smoothie anf its delicious. I dont like them just shaken. Ive messaged u on fb cause I cant add u. Might be in your others folder

Oh no I just spoke to a lady in Sydney that has had hers down on Monday - she said don't sweat the optifast it's the easy part! Crap!!!

It's not showing up? I tried looking for you but I only found someone in Perth? Am I doing something wrong... Not the most tech headed person. Going to the post office tomoz do you want me to send the box of soups down - email your address if you like. Funny I have been pretty emotional today, the closer it gets the more I want it to hurry up.
