Looking closer at Dr. Illan for my sleeve surgery. He uses the Florence hospital and the hotel Lucerna. Can anyone share their experiences? Care, cleanliness, comfort, etc.

Lucerna is beautiful , my room at Florence was adequate, clean and comfortable , the nurse took good care < I would recommend and Dr Illian is a great choice

I messaged you. Again, I loved Dr. Illan. Florence Hospital was fine. Not a brand new, big hospital but absolutely fine. The care was fantastic. The hospital itself reminded me of a little more old fashioned, local hospital. There was no lacking in care or ability to meet my needs. The hotel Lucerna was great! The rooms were plenty big (my best friend and I were both very comfortable in our own beds), clean, and perfect for a few days stay. Our room had a balcony that overlooked the inside courtyard. It was so pretty.
