Cheesecake Factory low carb cheesecake?

Sorry if this has been posted before but I can't find it anywhere. Is it ok to have low carb cheesecake from Cheesecake Factory? I am 4 weeks out and am on mushy foods. I am dying for something sweet!

Even though it is low in carbs, it isn't low in fat or calories. Just my two cents, but I would aim for getting the most out of the calories you can take in. For me, after weeks of being on liquids and mushies, even the sugar free chocolate pudding tasted really good. Congratulations on your surgery and good luck!

sugar free Popsicle is sweet. Fruit is sweet.

Ultimately the decision is yours, but cheesecake is a horrible choice. It is packed with fat and sugar.

You should use the beginning of surgery as a gateway to a healthier eating lifestyle. I'm not saying eat healthy always, but making wise decisions early out helps you in the long run.

At 4 weeks, I was eating thin sliced ham with mozzarella cheese

Just really think about it and if you must, stop at 1 or 2 bites. Don't over do it on the cheesecake.

And low carb makes no difference. It's still super super high in calories and of low nutritional value.

The first 3 months I couldn't tolerate anything sweet but sugar free popsciles, and I wasnt allowed fruit until 4 months out.....even now at 13 months post op, I have to eat regular food before I eat anything sweet or I will get VERY sick...like laying down on a table please get this crap out of me sick....

I would be very careful eating anything off plan at 4 weeks out....its only my opinion
