HUNGRY A LOT OF THE TIME?

Haven't seen too much posted regarding hunger. Looking for more input. I'm 10 days post-op and still feeling hungry a lot of the time. Getting in my proteins and fluids without issues. Still on phase 3 hoping stage 4 will be more satisfying. Any and all advices welcome.

I am 7 weeks out...I am not one of the lucky ones who does not experience real hunger any more...I do feel hungry at times...with the restriction it takes a lot less to fill me up and satisfy my hunger than it used to...but if I don't eat something at least every 3 hours, I get hungry

I get hungry too and the volume to fill me varies but is more than I expected and I am 5 weeks out.

When I get hungry its usually a sign of thirst or heartburn. I try drinking 17 ounces bottle of water if im still hungry after that I take tums or zantac. My hunger signal post op has become feeling tierd or weak that how I remember to eat? weird?

I still feel hunger as well, but nothing like pre-op. If I eat denser proteins, I stay fuller for longer.

Thanks everyone. Really do appreciate the input.
