  2. I have been sick for over a week now going to see dr tomorrow. Sleeved May 28th I have been so nauseous, vomiting, dizzy just feel like crap all together. I had my gall bladder out 4 weeks after being sleeved. Not sure what the heck any body have any guesses........
  3. I have extensions I can Wear them or not. They clip in super easy and look great. I got mine at Sally beauty supply store for 100.00 bucks and worth every penny. I have the 20" so it makes my hair very long.
  4. . Post op i had my surgery May 28. If it continues I will call my doctor tomorrow thank you.

  6. Yes def is a stimulate have not been to sleep yet, muscle cramps too.i have zero energy I'm hoping this just gives me a push. I do not plan on long term.
  7. I know I sound like im whining but I had my sleeve and 3 weeks later had gall bladder removed that is where I lost a majority of my weight and then only 6 lbs this month btw sleeved 5/28. I asked for appetite control tiday because my brain is killing me with quick fixes for hunger with what I know tastes good "carbs"!!!!! Plus taking pain meds for herniated disk. Blah blah blah m. Any advice

  11. I was starving! Or so I thought. Keep doing ur shakes and water. I caved and added Miso soup from my nutrition store. Low protein but I thought I was going to starve to death. Then boom not hungry loving my shakes then into mushy foods yummyyyy.
  12. Biotin 5,000 It might be in my head but working so far. Don't wash ur hair every day, wash every other day. Again might b in my head but I lost so much hair with my lap band surgery X's 3, due to problems, that I tried this. It seems to help and not loosing the lovely locks. Good luck
  13. No issues before and no gallbladder meds not sure. It was ok 2 years ago when I had my lap band removed . What kind if meds?
  14. Sleeved 5/28 doing great down 25 lbs then Bam! Felt like crap dr visit, ultrasound go to hospital get gall bladder removed. I feel like crap. Lost my energy back to phase 1 can't drink all the water, whereas before i could drink all my liquids and everything was fantastic. Just venting.....

  16. I think b4 my sleeve I might have gained 50 lbs in 4 months but never have lost so much. Keep ur head up kiddo :0)
  17. I just started in solids on Monday. still doing two shakes as meal replacement and on protein meal I.e chicken or fish but holy cow I am hungrier now than when I was just doing 3 shakes a day! Calling nut to see what gives.....
  18. 3 weeks still tired I take a nap everyday and go to sleep right after work. I think our bodies just need to recover.
  19. Sleeved 5/28 so I'm 3 weeks post op.today -13.5 the first week -6 the next two weeks, total weight loss 19.5. Today I had my first food in 3 weeks holy cow it was delicious. Small 3 oz rotisserie chicken breast and stemmed spinach, nothing has never tasted so good. I was on shakes and water only for first 3 weeks.
