Sleeved on Thursday June 27th...can't hold much down.

I was sleeved two days ago. I came home yesterday and I can only take small

Sips of water so far. The nurse told me that I must get in 4 bottles of water each day....sipping some water every few minutes...all day long. Can't wait to heal up! I'm sort of miserable right now. :-(

This, too, shall pass. :)

I know it seems rough - but you'll get there! You'll soon Celebrate the pounds coming off, the ability to drink to your heart's content, and the ability to eat just a few bites of REAL food and feel full.

Keep your eye on the prize!

I am post op day 4 and am replying to reassure you that keep at the sipping and it will get better. It will be better everyday. Day 4 is 10x better than day 2!! Keep a positive attitude, your mind plays a vital role in your health. Keep plugging along.

Hello I'm new to the forum world. I was sleeved on 6/25 and I have to agree that day 5 is a big difference from day 1 and 2. On day 1 and 2 I could not tolerate anything including Propel water this morning I am happy to say I am sipping on a Special K Protein Shake and Hint Water. I did not think would be possible on day 1 or day 2. I'm still sore but it is more bearable. Hang in there. And continue the good work.
