im trying to eat breakfast and im forcing it, no im not full just alll of a sudden no appetiete. im really trying and i made a big breakfast 2 scrambled eggs 3 strawberries and 1/2 bowl kashi go lean with almond milk. i have a big workout i have to fuel for and man my tummy is not playing fair this morning

spoke to my nut and she said to eat at least 1400 with my workout i burn about 700cals working out

That's probably too much at one time. I'm full on one egg and a couple strawberries for breakfast. You should split this into at least two meals. If not three. Your stomach will only hold half a cup to one cup at a time.
