If you think you dont need to exercise...

Think again. I used this service the last time I did Atkins and lost 50 lbs. I was also working out on a regular basis. I havent been exercising since I got the band and I just got started the day after Christmas. I though I was the same size and 30 lbs less than last time so I decided to take my measurements and do a comparison so look at http://www.fittogether.net/bodycomposition/compare_profile.aspx?id=152625,108171 and see the comparison. Most importantly look at the bodyfat % verses the lean muscle mass percentage. Thirty lbs should be a whole size difference and it isnt. I am getting busy now!

Well, I think you are right about the exercise, and I have finally committed myself and joined a gym! What sucks is that we had a MAJOR snowstorm here(Colorado) and my gym is closed until Tuesday! That sucks! Just when I had decided to get on board--I went for the first time on Wednesday and was planning to go back yesterday, but the storm hit and they are closed now:( . Oh well, I guess I will just have to start back on schedule next week.
