I'm not sure about pain and mood but "my fitness pal" is an awesome app for tracking food and weight and exercise, It seems to have almost any food you can think of already in its system. I definitely plan on using it after my surgery. I'ts also free!

My fitness pal has an area for "notes". So you could record your mood there. I hurt my back a couple days ago so my exercise minutes went down. I recorded "hurt back" in my notes just for my own benefit - so I would remember that for future reference.

Anyone found one app that does it all???

(Im pre-op no date yet)

Thanks

I really like "nutrition tracker" because it allows u to set the specific parameters in given by your MD. It is simple and free. I wish included a Water intake field and a pro version w/o ads. But its the one I'm sticking with after trying dozens
