Hi im new and my surgery date is aug 5

I'm extremely nervous about losing the weight so fast which I'll too look sick. I have many worries and concern . Can any one tell me there Experience ? Thanks sandy from Vt

Welcome Sandy! Not everyone loses at a fast pace.. Fact very few lose quickly. At first you do lose a lot and then it slows to a normal pace and you're more in control. Without work it doesn't happen so like I said you're the one controlling the outcome so I don't think you need to worry

Thanks it's just working in a hospital I see the worse cases and it makes me nervous!
