Does anyone measure their Blood Ketones as part of this low carb lifestyle?

Just interested to see if anyone has actually been measuring their blood ketone levels. A co worker and I have been reading a book around the science of low carbohydrate performance and found a podcast where a guy measured his blood ketones for a year. He had a lot of interesting things with a lot of science to back it up and I was curious to see if anyone had or has been doing that.

That is an interesting idea - I think there's some kind of urine test that does that too.
