Hope you're joy comes back soon! Immediately after surgery many people are taken off diabetic medication. The weight will come off if you follow your Surgeon and Nut's guidelines. Exercise and eating healthier foods will also increase muscle and more muscle burns fat. Be hopeful. Since my surgery on 6/13 I've lost 13 lbs w/o doing a thing except following my post op diet instructions.

When is your surgery date?

Mid july have not got an exact date. But around july16 or so on

It is ok, I heard insulin can do that to a persons weight, don't feel discouraged! It is a great journey and if you stick to it then you will do GREAT!!! Good luck with everything, take care, and don't forget to smile
