  10. I'm finally in 1derland. Was stalled for a few weeks at 205 now I'm 198.8.
  11. I was very constipated. I started taking probiotic pills daily and I'm going more frequently.
  12. I'm 8 weeks out and my stomach cramps a little with food. Steamed shrimp and grilled chicken seems to be the only foods my sleeve like. I tend to want more to drink than eat. I'm about to start 12 hour shifts at work and I need food ideas to pack.
  13. I don't know what to eat. I've been craving Subway and salads and I know I can't yet. Need ideas
  14. I'm almost 3 weeks post op and I had diarrhea yesterday and today. I ate yogurt and boy o boy. Protein shakes make me cramp. I don't know what to eat

  17. Today I had my 2 week post op appointment with the Dr. He told me that he removed a hernia I didn't know that I had. I'm down 18.5 lbs. Starting mushy foods, tuna salad, eggs and so on. I made some deviled eggs. Chewed one and no problems
  18. I don't think it's that they don't notice. Some people are so jealous and grudge hearted they won't tell you. Just keep up the good work believe me people see it
  19. I'm 10 days post op and it seems the protein shakes make me cramp really bad. Tired of liquid. Not happy right now
  20. I'm 3 days post op. Can I have applesauce? I'm trying to get in my protein. What's some good shakes? Am I allowed smoothies?
  21. I was sleeved @ 11 am July 1. I had to stay overnight because of the stomach spasms when I sipped. I walked pretty good back and forth to the restroom. Was released around 10 am July 2. Gas not that bad. Pain is tolerable. Sipping on broth, shakes and eating jello. Hoping to get in more protein.
  22. Sorry you're having a difficult time. I will pray for you and don't have any regrets. Everyone recover differently and at their own pace. Just stay strong and you'll be feeling better before you know it.
  23. I'm sleeved. I was sleeved at 11 yesterday morning. I was admitted because when I tried to sip I was having stomach spasms. I'm home now and moving around pretty good. I'm sipping slowly on broth and protein shakes. My stomach sounds like Jurassic Park. Lol
  24. I didn't have a pro op diet. Just all liquids for today and nothing after 12 midnight. I attended a hugh cookout yesterday and as I was eating I was thinking to myself how that would be my last big plate if food like that. I'm nervous this morning. My Dr did say he will give something for anxiety in the morning
