Tonight my lower right tummy is just killing me. Ive had absolutely no pain this whole time until tonight. I was sleeved may 21st. I've hardly been able to drink and have gotten sick a few times. This too is new. Should I be concerned?

It could be several things. First, are your BM's regular? Could be a back up of sorts And I'm serious.

You probably should see your doctor. It could be because of possible BM issues especially if you are taking Hydrocodone and because of fluid intake. But don't rule out the possibility of an issue with your appendix. That is if you still have one. Any nausea, vomiting or fever? Hang in there, either way it can be fixed, not to worry.
