Blue Shield of California PPO

Does anyone have the same insurance add me? If so what are some of the things you've had to? Is there a 6 months diet required? What percentage do they cover cuz I have called my insurance and they are dumb one person didn't even know what bariatric surgery was.. please help

Well I have OR BCBS and there is a 6 month waiting period. Supervised weight loss management with 4 visits mandatory. You need to be at least 40 BMI on your first visit. I seen a nutritionist, Psch eval and the surgeon 3 times. Im hoping to see if I can get an approval after the next visit. They might make me wait the 6 months. Keeping fingers crossed they won't.
