First glass of Ice Cold Water....

I finally was able to drink and keep down some ice cold water!! It may not seem like much to some but since I came out of surgery 5/22 everytime I try Water I puked. So I worked up the courage to try it again and it was wonderful and it didn't come back up!! Whoo hoo!!!

O my...I am soo thankful that I didnt vomit yet...and I have been doin Water and juice with no problem...I am still extremely sore so I cant imagine how badly vomiting would be right now. good luck to you chickie.

i've read here that many people have trouble keeping their Water down

I am craving to drink a cold glass of ice Water and apple juice. I keep thrown it all back up:( what did you do different?

I just gave it time and I started zofran which helped a lot. I was puking everything too. It does get better.
