How long does food stay in our sleeve?

Just curious, how long will food stay in our sleeve before it makes its journey through the rest of our digestive system?

And how soon after consumption will we know if something disagrees with us?

I'm a month out, and so far haven't had anything (that I know of) disagree with me.
