I feel like I have been in the 170's forever lol... I am finally 169. I haven't been this small since high school. My blood pressure is no longer an issue and my resting heart rate is now in the 80's instead of the high 90's. I feel great and I can finally wear size 10-12. I feel like I am dreaming lol .... I have been at a stall for a while but I'm ok with that. .... For now lol. since surgery at 232 I have lost 63 pounds

I was Sleeved May 13. My highest wt was 325, wt Day of surgery was 305. I'm down to 260 and have been stuck here for the past month (or more) I dip down to 258 then back up. I want to be happy with 60# in 6 months....but it's hard. I've been traveling on a vacation the past 2 months and its been hard to stick to my normal routine. I hope to get back on track in December. Looking at Before and After pics (and my clothes) I can see a change. I just know I'm capable of better.

So Happy I found my log on info so I can check in here again. Pics are 11 months apart!

May sleevers - Seems a big group of us were in another 3-week stall. Me too, but this morning I reached ONE-derland! Finally in the 100s instead of 200s! Praising God and thanking you for this community! 54 lbs to go for me. I am on the slow train but it is a train moving forward (or down)! Blessings to you in your journey!

I was in an over a month stall! Finally I lost weight Sat, Sun & Mon totaling 4 1/2 lbs. So glad that's over!

So I have lost 58 1/2 since May and 90 since a few years ago. I found some old pictures from 6 years ago and I don't even remember my face and body being as fat as they were at 298 lbs. Unreal.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
