I cannot explain what exactly i'm feeling, but my stomach just feels odd. I guess i'm wondering if anybody else feels their stomach in a strange way.

At 4 days post op, things are really swollen and sore, so I'd say it's normal to notice it. The swelling will go down over the next couple of months.

I am four months post op today and still am very aware of my revised tummy. I feel it from to to bottom, especially when eating or drinking. I'd say its normal this short time after surgery.
