May 22 was surgery date not hungry at all but in alot of pain

I had my surgery on May 22, I was able to do the liquids first day and started on purée the next with only a small amount to eat. I am not feeling hungry and its day 3 but in a lot of pain. Is it normal not to have a bowel movement the first couple days and not feel hungry?

You are at a different place in your life. You will not have hunger pains and more. You mind will remind tell you when to eat not your stomach. As for the pain where is the pain located and on a scale from 1 to 10 and 10 being the worse you ever felt when is the pain?
