Anyone take a glucosamine chondroitin MSM supplement?

Been having right knee pain issues. Not injury related. I am wondering if taking this supplement has made a difference for anyone with joint issues?

I have been taking Glucosamine for about 6 weeks. It has helped me tremendously. I noticed a differance after about a week. I would recomend it. I use a liquid verision that I buy at Costco. It is on sale this month for $20. The bottle is a 30 day supply.

I am pre-surgery. I am asuming I will still be able to take it after.

I do a lot of exercise and I would not be albe to do as much without this.

Awesome thanks! I am working out hard and either have to wrap or modify to accommodate the pain.

I will give it a try!
