Sleeved plus hernia repair on 14th

Still super excited but the first stage had been challenging for me!! Lots of soreness!! And bloating!! Although... knock on wood I have not vomited.... and for the minimal nausea I feel.. I pop in a sugarfree ice breaker..which seems to work. I have had hot and sour soup (broth only)from a local Asian take out and I held that down also.... very slow sips seems to work...
