Smart ones meals after eating normal foods?

They are high in protein, usually very moist, low fat/sugar? How do people feel about these when they're a year out, and need something quick?

I think it's okay to use them occasionally, but they are very high in sodium and full of preservatives so I wouldn't eat them very often if I were you.

I take the Atkins meals sometimes for work....their high in protein. I can eat 1/2 one day & the other the next.
