As I have said a few times on a few threads, I had extensive neurosurgery and spinal surgery and have not been medically released to resume my elliptical use or run. I am thinking about yoga as an option to tone and lose weight.

Love palites hubby takes yoga to watch this 300 lb man is a big joke. Love my sleeve was sleeved on 3-6. Learning how to eat again I am hungry all the time. I am a night eater also. I thought that was gone but, I was wrong. Anyone with ideas on how to stop night eating would love to hear. Also I quit smoking before the surgery. That adds to hungr also.

My wonderful wife gave me a card yesterday celebrating almost 60lbs gone with a surprise inside. She ordered a lifecycle and a Pilates machine to help me jump start my exercise plan. She said it's an early 25th anniversary present. I may even take a few classes once I start to feel a bit more comfortable in my own skin.
