I love coconut Water. It has tons of potassium. Just gotta make sure you're getting pure coconut water & not one that has lots of sugar in it.

Would you recommend any specific brand that tastes good? I keep looking and then deciding against bc there are so many...I tried one kind and it was weirdly salty?

Vita Coco and Coco 1 are really good. GOYA makes one but they have added sugar in it and it is sickeningly sweet.

Absolutely.

I don't know how beneficial they are, but the coconut chews from GNC are quite tasty!
