Any tips about this insurance now that I only have one more physican supervised appointments left !!!!!! Bcbs federal NE

I am just beginning the process and also have Federal BC/BS. Do they require 3 months supervised nutritional counseling? Do you know if the psych eval is just one visit? I would be very interested to know how long it takes for approval and if you know what their requirements are besides what is in the handbook. Thanks and good luck! I wish I was as far along as you are!
